Redstone started as the result of a conversation between 3 Ex Mercury One2One colleagues over a kitchen table in 1995. From this resulted a company that grew in revenues and size significantly, achieving £82M turnover and over 700 staff by the time it floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2001.

Most of the Executive team and the Sales / Marketing staff were recruited by Shirley Pruden and her team, working in partnership with the line managers.
