Delia is the HR Director of geeott, CIPD qualified and with over 20 years professional HR/Business Partner and recruitment experience within the Financial, Retail and Public Sectors. Her expertise covers all aspect of employment law advice relating to recruitment and selection, job description design and evaluation, compensation and benefits, absences, grievance and disciplinary, TUPE and redundancy.

Delia provides additional support and advice to our client’s HR teams as well as Account Management on recruitment projects.
