We needed a Commercial Team recruited quickly to deliver our revenue line for the coming year. We didn’t have the resource in house to handle such a programme of activity.  Agencies are a useful source of candidates but without a team to manage, review, interview and handle the candidates from our perspective, we were never going to move forward being distracted by day to day business.
